Brays Bayou Bike Ride
A casual bike ride on Bays Bayou from the Medical Center area to Smither Park and back.
About the Event:
Brays Bayou Trail is just one of Houston’s growing systems of great hiking and biking paths. If you’ve not ridden it – or even if you have – come and explore its eastern half with us!
Level of Difficulty:
This will be a casual – not fast – 15-mile or so round trip along Braes Bayou. Although completely paved, this trail may have a few rough or muddy spots, so a wide-tired bike, like a hybrid, is perfect for this ride. The trail also offers modest inclines in and out of the bayou a few times. We may also have to take a detour around any part of the trail undergoing construction.
