A Morning Walk in Sugar Land’s Cullinan Park
Encompassing more than 750 acres of prairie and woodlands, it is a peaceful place to experience the outdoors. Take in a scenic overlook of White Lake then hit the trails — pause along the way to look and listen for birds and wildlife. Nature awaits.
About the Event:
This park is the #2 hotspot for bird watching! If you want, arrive early and just relax while watching the birds. If you really want to know what you’re looking at, take a picture and upload it on iNaturalist app.
Level of Difficulty:
All Walkers are welcome. We’ll hike on paved and natural trails and go around the lake. There are more than four miles of shady trails through extensive prairie and woodland acreage. We’ll go the pace of the group or break up into 2 groups if needed. We’ll aim for about 22-24 min miles, plenty of time to take pictures.
