Grab your lawn chairs and head to the Plaza to kick back and relax to some music from saxophonist/vocalist Eric Demmer. This high band brings a mix of energy, funky blues, and jazz. Eric grew up steeped in the blues and rock and roll of the ’70s and ’80s. Eric toured 12 years with legendary bluesman Gatemouth Brown and subsequently performed with Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, B.B. King, George Duke, Joe Sample, David Sanborn, Todd Rundgren, Buddy Guy, Delbert McClinton, The Allman Brothers, Dr. John, Kim Wilson, and more. Demmer’s crowd-pleasing, the down-to-earth sound is a direct result of his musical philosophy, that in music, “The real thing comes from the heart and soul”.
