Early Morning Kayaking Armand Bayou

It’s been a while since BCO enjoyed the beauty of Armand Bayou. Join us for a couple of hours of easy paddling on flat water in a unique freshwater estuary environment. This is a small slough that connects to Armand Bayou. There could be alligators.

Level of Difficulty:
Everyone is welcome!

Member Only Information:

You will need your own kayak, paddle, and PFD.  If you don’t have a kayak, rent one here: https://pinkyskayakrental.com/reservations/

Please be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen; we’ll paddle for a couple of hours.

Meet at 7:30 am, Leave at 8 am

Plenty of parking available

How to find the Group:
Look for the BCO Sign.

Here are some more things to bring

• snack,
• camera,
• binoculars,
• and some sealable plastic bags to keep your electronics dry but handy.

Fees:
This is a free event; renting is on your own if you need it. Bring some money for lunch afterward.
