Fête des Vendanges – Grape Harvest Festival in Montmartre, Paris
This year, the famous Montmartre Grape Harvest Festival is back, with a mouthwatering program between the tasting route, the grand parade, the picnic, the closing ball, and the famous vineyard tours!
Plus City tours, shopping, seeing the sites – there is so much to do in Paris!
And, on Saturday, Oct. 8th morning we will jump on a train to get to Switzerland for some hiking and exploring!
Every autumn since 1934, the Montmartre Wine Harvest Festival puts the spotlight on the Butte Montmartre, one of the most famous districts in Paris. Famous for its white-domed basilica of Sacré-Cœur, the Butte Montmartre is also reputed for its vines. More than 40 bars and restaurants in the 18th arrondissement take part in this event, attracting more and more visitors. There are lots of special activities for everyone: concerts, street entertainment, tastings of artisanal and regional products, a dance, walks, visits, exhibitions, etc.
Additionally to the Wine Festival, there will be city tours, shopping, and seeing the sights on this Trip – there is so much to do in Paris!
