Trail running for Turtles (the slower side of our runners) AND people who would like to alternate Run/Walk (3/1 intervals) and then hang out afterward. Whether you are training for a race or just getting out for some exercise, join us for a fun run on the trails.
The faster Turtles average 12-13 minute miles, alternating between running and walking. The more turtle-like Turtles jog, walk and skip at a slightly more leisurely pace. We try to repeat intervals of 3 minutes run/jog and 1-minute walks. If you are looking for a faster pace, check out the regular weeknight trail runs.
