Join me for a hike through the hills and trails of Jack Brooks Park. These trails are mostly shady with some hills. We’ll move at a good pace and we’ll regroup, so don’t worry about not keeping up, but know that you’ll definitely get to sweat some 🙂

Moderate, fast-paced, but we do regroup.
