New Member Party

Welcome to the next chapter of your outdoor journey! You’ve taken the plunge to connect with like-minded individuals, and now it’s time to kick off your journey in the best way possible. Join us for a laid-back New Member Party where you can meet others who are just as excited to embark on this adventure as you are.

Agenda:

1.  Connect with New Members:

Start off on the right foot by mingling with fellow new members. You’re all in the same boat, so let’s get to know each other. Connect, share stories, and start building friendships from the start.

2.  Event Goals:

• Discover members in your vicinity and explore carpooling options.
• Collaborate with others to plan your upcoming event attendance.
• Open floor for any questions or discussions—no topic is off-limits!
• Begin planning your next three adventures by signing up for events.

3. Food on Us:

• We’ll either do pizza from Luigi’s or Amy will bring her famous chili. Vegetarian options are available, but you must let us know in the comments section.

• You can buy your own drinks from the bar or order from the table barcodes

Raffle & T-Shirts:

• We’re going to raffle off a few small pieces of gear

• The BCO t-shirts are first come first serve for new members. 

Parking:

There is a dedicated parking lot and a lot of street parking within a block of the venue.

How to find the group:

We’ll be under the white tent at the back of Axelrad. Look for the BCO signs.
