We have our very own area of the park that is even gated! No other campers nearby! We’re headed to Hill Country State Natural Area! We have a 4 bedroom house with a kitchen and 1.5 baths. Plus, camping and RV spots.
Activities:
Hiking: There are over 40 miles of trails within the park! With elevation reaching almost 2,000 feet!
Star gazing: There are no one else around us to have lights on!
Optional Horseback Trail Riding: $140 for a 3-hour trail ride. It looks like there are multiple options. 4 hours plus lunch. 2-hour sunset ride, etc. DIY – Book on your own or let Amy know you’re interested in advance and we can see options.
Fees:
BCO Members Only. If you have a guest who would like to join, you can upgrade to a 2 person membership from your profile. Or you can sign up for another member if you’re sharing a room/tent.
Fees include accommodations for 3 nights, 3 dinners, 3 breakfasts & 2 lunches, and firewood. We can accommodate a variety of food needs so let me know what you need!
- Private Room – 1 queen bed (1 or 2 people) – only 2 spots – $275
- Shared Room – twin beds (price per person) – only 5 spots – $125 – Depending on who signs up, rooms might be co-ed.
- RV Spot with 30 amps – $95 1 person per RV
- Tent Camping 1 person per tent – $95 (electric available outside and inside)
- 2nd person tent or RV – $50
Entrance Fees: Plus an additional $6 per day per person unless you have a state park pass
Refunds:
- Before Jan 1, 95%
- On or after Jan 1, no refund unless someone takes your place, then 90%
What to bring:
- Sheets, pillows, towels
- A cooler for your personal drinks and food. There is no fridge space.
- Plate, Bowl, Silverware, cups
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed inside the building. You can have them in your tent or RV. Must be on a max 6-foot leash at all times. There is a large closed area where we can let our dogs off-leash.
Where to park: Please Carpool or there may be extra car fees! You can park anywhere on property that’s not blocking the road or RV sites.
ETA: It’s okay if you want to arrive on Friday. The price will still be the same as we have to pay for the spots.
Check-in Time: Technically, check-in time is 3 pm. However, if you arrive early, you can hike in the park. Please occupy yourself until 3pm 😀
